A reservation becomes ferm only if within 3 working days from requesting a reservation and receiving the confirmation (by telephone or e-mail), minimum 30% of stay tariff has been paid.
If you didn�t pay in advance within 3 working days, please verify if the rooms are available in the requested period. We are not responsible for eventual unavailabilities which may occur afterwards, if the reservation hasn�t been confirmed by payment in advance within the mentioned term, that is 3 working days.
Cancellation of reservation can be made at least 3 days before arrival, excepting holidays season when cancellation is accepted only 7 days before arrival. If cancellation is not made within the mentioned terms, you will lose payment in advance.
We have established such a transparent and generale procedure in order to protect both parts of eventual inconveniences.
